And I know the reasons why we eliminated the draft. We took the chance as a nation that we could raise sufficient troops on the all volunteer concept and that has worked and worked far better than any of us ever thought. And today wherever we are in the world defending freedom it is people in uniform who are there because they raised their hand and they volunteered. I can not in my judgment see anyone in the foreseeable future coming to the presidency who would want to reinstitute the draft. We’ve lost that now. We have stopped the production of these plants, so to speak, for almost two decades. So it’s time to recognize that it’s a safe form of energy. It produces nearly zero CO2 compared to a coal-fired plant. Zero. Right now, we rely on nuclear power for about 20 percent of our energy.
