And it’s done through city ordinance at the local level or county depending whether it’s a city or a county, incorporated areas to make sure people have access. And that’s why it’s important that we deal with the Disability Act and I support it. Cause, what if it was me or what if it was you that couldn’t get there and we wanted information and we wanted to have access and we wanted to participate. You know, it’s part of the American dream is that we all want to be equal and the only way to do that is to begin to treat us with the same equality that others have because they have the access and just cause we don’t have the access that means we’re deprived of information, we’re deprived of privileges, we’re deprived of enjoying the same freedoms that others enjoy and we should make sure we do that they do as well.</p> <p><i><b>Breisler:</b> So Congress just keeps a strong Disabilities Act?</i></p> <p><b>Baca:</b> Strong Disability Act. Continuing to help those not as fortunate as us. Remember, someone didn’t ask to be that way.
