I believe the state legislature on the House side or the Speaker of the House proffered a motion that came over to the Senate, and the Democrats in the Senate wanted a paper trail measure added to it with reference to the change of the date. So the change of the date took place inside the legislature with the Governor&rsquo;s approval and not on a state-wide referendum. But I think you have to look at technology in a way that will enhance the efficiency and the accuracy of the voting process. But as you know there is something real fundamental and that is we still want a paper trail, and understanding that concept which I support, we still go back to the machine itself which is being utilized and is being programmed. These electronic machines do have applications, they do have programs, they do have software and source codes. All of what I would simply say is that adds a another dimension of whether you can actually identify or trace something that went wrong during its use, during the election and do so subsequent to the election.
